As the Catalogue Librarian, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our client-specific library and catalogues. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the structure, integrity, and effectiveness of the library to ensure that assets are easily accessible and identified by users. Working closely with the Regional Account Director and in-market teams, you will provide support for the build and execution of product catalogues, industry insights, innovation, and harmonization sharing as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Advocate for the POS library - Provide ad-hoc support and effective solutions to users - Manage the POS library by cataloguing in a clear and concise manner, aligning with business objectives - Manage the process for identifying, running pre-defined calculations, and collecting relevant POS Library content from colleagues - Manage the user database in compliance with ISR requirements - Provide training, coaching, and assistance to users - Act as a troubleshooter and maintain the library error log - Liaise with end users to make them aware of content availability and support them in accessing and managing their content - Deliver monthly Management Information reports to local and global teams - Document, update, and manage user guides and system documentation - Ensure system integrity at all times Qualifications Required: - Excellent communicator with proficiency in business English - Organized and methodical in approach - IT literate with the ability to use various systems - Ability to work under tight deadlines in changing environments - Numerate with the capacity to assimilate data and generate meaningful information - Intuitive understanding and demonstrable experience in managing and developing a digital asset library Apply Now to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of our client-specific library and catalogues.
