Catalogue Manager

Job Summary:

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces.
• Ensure accuracy of product data including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
• Optimize product listings for better search visibility and conversion (SEO keywords, A+ content, etc.).
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creative assets and enhanced brand content.
• Regularly audit catalog data to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
• Monitor product performance and rankings; suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Manage listing variations (size, color, pack, etc.) and handle listing suppression or compliance issues.
• Update prices, offers, and product details during campaigns or promotional events.
• Work closely with the operations and inventory teams to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of catalog management on major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO for product listings.
• Experience with bulk upload templates and inventory files.
• Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
• Ability to work with Excel and data management tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2- 5 years of experience in e-commerce cataloguing.
• Experience in product listing optimization and content enhancement preferred.

Preferred Experience (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other marketplace analytics tools.
• Experience handling product uploads for multiple brands/categories.
• Familiarity with image editing tools (basic Photoshop/Canva).
