This role involves team management, client relationship building, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, while maintaining strong relationships with Distributors, Wholesalers, School exhibitors ,bookstores, and corporate clients. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Person to join our team, focusing on our 'Pegasus' line of children's books and educational games. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for children's learning and entertainment, who can effectively manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing. You'll be responsible for expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with our retail partners and educational institutions. Responsibilities Develop and manage sales pipeline by identifying and prospecting new clients, including bookstores, toy stores, schools, and online retailers. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products from the 'Pegasus' portfolio. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations , highlighting the educational and entertainment value of our books and games to potential buyers. Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate new leads. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience in the children's products, education, or publishing industry is a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation skills , with the ability to articulate product value to diverse audiences. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. A genuine passion for children's education and development.
