Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Inventory & Assortment Management:

  1. Identify and list non-steel products available in the warehouse.
  2. Categorize listings by brand, product type, and category for efficient assortment.
  3. Track and streamline non-steel warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness.


  • Catalogue & Listing Management:

  1. Create and manage product listings for new, existing, old, and renewed inventory.
  2. Maintain listing accuracy across all platforms and ensure product data consistency.
  3. Develop combo product packages based on brand, category, and product performance.


  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  1. Collaborate with E-commerce, Sales, Marketing, Purchase, Shipping, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth catalogue operations.
  2. Work closely with the E-commerce team to upload, update, and optimize listings on the brand website and online marketplaces.


  • E-commerce Operations:

  1. Manage SKU listings and inventory performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s own website.
  2. Execute, monitor, and analyze ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms to maximize ROI.
  3. Extract, analyze, and present performance reports for ongoing improvement.


  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Home Improvement industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  3. Strong passion for inventory and catalogue management.
  4. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  5. Proven experience managing listings and campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
  6. Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
  7. Good understanding of e-commerce campaign creation, tracking, and optimization.
  8. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking across teams and platforms.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience handling large-scale product listings and SKUs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and inventory software/tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
