- Own and manage the cataloguing process for smartphones and accessories, ensuring high accuracy and consistency across listings.
- Create and update product listings with correct specifications, descriptions, images, pricing, and category/subcategory tagging.
- Work closely with category and procurement teams to ensure accurate product onboarding and reduce catalogue-related errors.
- Audit and continuously improve the product taxonomy and attribute structure for better discovery and navigation on the platform.
- Identify and correct mismatches in packaging, product types, and specification entries that impact customer experience or result in returns.
- Coordinate with tech/product teams to raise and resolve catalogue-related issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure all listings comply with internal quality standards and e-commerce norms.
Monitor product performance and make necessary optimizations in content and categorization.
