Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers — plumbers, contractors, architects, builders, procurement managers, and town planners — to generate consistent sales.
  • Identify business opportunities within assigned territories and proactively close sales deals.
  • Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and product presentations to promote Shankara Buildpro’s offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer service.
  • Track and analyze influencer engagement, sales conversion, and territory performance metrics.
  • Provide market insights and competitor updates to the management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure proper in-store merchandising, stock availability, and adherence to retail standards.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or influencer issues promptly.
  • Support marketing initiatives, influencer engagement programs, and on-ground activations to drive brand visibility.

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and construction/building material industry (preferred).


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in retail sales, influencer management, or channel sales — preferably in building materials, hardware, paints, or construction-related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
