Role Description:

Responsibilities:

• Willing to travel for placement visits or outreach

• Conduct in-depth career counselling (telephonic + walk-ins)

• Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable BILEx courses

• Confidence in handling calls, walk-ins, and parent discussions

• Manage inquiry-to-admission pipeline using CRM/Excel tools

• Collaborate with outreach teams and mobilizers

• Support placement coordination and maintain employer relations

• Represent BILEx professionally in student interactions and outreach events

• Minimum 1–2 years in counselling, mobilization, education, or youth outreach

• Friendly, confident, and well-spoken on the phone and in person

• Represent BILEx at external

  career fairs, college workshops, and networking events

• Guide inquiries into admissions through structured follow-ups and trust-based communication

• Maintain a

  professional, student-centric approach

  that aligns with BILEx brand and values

Eligibility:

• Career Counselling and Student Counselling skills, along with Parent counselling

• Comfortable using email, Excel and basic CRM tools for daily communication and follow-ups

• Ability to listen actively, show empathy, and handle sensitive student conversations with patience and care

• Excellent Communication skills in English, Assamese, and Hindi. Any additional language is an advantage

• Ability to conduct workshops and seminars

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of current job market trends is a plus

• Prior experience in skill development, education institutes, or training centres preferred
