The Career Scout/Student Mobilizer will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential students, providing guidance on career paths, and promoting BILEx's training programs. The role involves daily tasks such as conducting outreach activities, hosting informational sessions, maintaining relationships with educational institutions, and following up with prospective students. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in student outreach, career counselling, or related fields
• Ability to conduct effective presentations and informational sessions
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Willing to travel and take initiative
• People-savvy, proactive, and self-driven
• Higher Secondary and above
• Can coordinate smoothly with colleges, institutes & local influencers
• Strong local network and knows the area well
• 1.5–2 years of experience in Education/Youth Outreach
