Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to deliver timely solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
  • Track and report customer success metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral, CSAT)
  • Drive customer engagement strategies and awareness initiatives
  • Stay updated on new products and services

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in Business Development or Customer Service roles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage dealer networks
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and sales management

Education & Experience

  • Graduate degree or above
  • Minimum

    4 years of experience

    in leasing sales or product management

  • Internal:

    Business Heads, Operations, Product Team, Sales Team, Data Support Teams
  • External:

    Dealers (vehicle purchase orders, new business opportunities), Clients (feedback & Kaizen initiatives)

Key Challenges

  • Managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer success
  • Independently handling projects and escalating process breaches when required
