Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Captain to join our team at ABP Empower, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service.
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Captain or similar role in a hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
