Captain

We are looking for skilled Captains to join our team at AXO Lounge & Bar in Andheri West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong background in the hospitality industry.

• Manage daily operations of the bar area, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality beverages.
• Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize sales.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Proven experience as a Captain or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods, ingredients, and presentation styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly.
