Job Description

Job Title: Captain / Service Captain – Coffee Shop

Job Summary:
The Service Captain is responsible for supervising floor operations, leading the service team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining service standards in the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts
  • Ensure smooth table service and customer satisfaction
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Allocate duties and manage staff attendance
  • Maintain service quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance
  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista team
  • Assist in billing, cash handling, and daily reports

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience as Captain or Senior Waiter in café/restaurant
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Strong customer-service mindset
  • Ability to work shifts and handle peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
