Job Description

  • Leadership & Supervision: Lead, coordinate, and supervise dining room staff, ensuring they follow service standards and protocols.
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests, manage reservations, assign tables, handle complaints, and ensure a welcoming, memorable experience.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, from setting up the dining area to ensuring cleanliness, proper table settings, and efficient service.
  • Staff Training & Development: Train new servers on menus, service sequences, and upselling techniques; mentor the team.
  • Coordination: Act as the liaison between the service team and the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food/beverage delivery.
  • Inventory & Compliance: Monitor stock, assist with orders, and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Sales & Revenue: Promote sales through upselling and suggestively selling specials and beverages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
