Job Summary

The Captain is responsible for leading operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing personnel and resources within their assigned unit or organization. This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure while maintaining high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all assigned personnel, ensuring discipline, performance, and teamwork
• Ensure the safety and well-being of crew members, passengers, or participants at all times
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to organizational policies, laws, and regulations
• Make timely and effective decisions during routine operations and emergency situations
• Communicate clearly with management, authorities, and team members
• Conduct briefings, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs as required
• Ensure equipment, vehicles, or facilities are properly maintained and operational
• Represent the organization professionally to stakeholders, clients, or the public

• Proven leadership experience in a relevant field
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, safety standards, and procedures
• Required certifications or licenses relevant to the role (if applicable)
• Physical and mental fitness appropriate to the position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
