Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction
Take customer orders and assist in service when required
Handle guest complaints politely and resolve issues promptly
Allocate duties to waiters and service staff
Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
Monitor service quality and staff grooming standards
Coordinate with kitchen for smooth order flow
Train and guide junior service staff
Requirements:
Experience as a Restaurant Captain
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours
Customer-focused attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
