Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the restaurant or bar area, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve exceptional performance and meet sales targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Captain in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
