Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain at Dhaval Udeshi Hospitality, located in Mumbai. The Captain will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the dining area, ensuring exceptional service, and managing staff. Key tasks include coordinating with the kitchen, monitoring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The individual will also assist in training new staff and addressing any customer complaints or issues promptly. Qualifications Customer Service and Guest Relationship Management skills Team Leadership and Staff Management skills Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, and menu planning skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality education or certification is beneficial
