Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager who can craft and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel user growth, elevate engagement, and boost retention. If you thrive on data, excel with automation tools, and love turning insights into impactstrategies, this role empowers you to shape campaigns that drive meaningful business growth at scale.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across customer segments, channels, and products.

• Support campaign strategy development aligned with business goals and user lifecycle stages.

• Ensure timely execution, delivery, and coordination across teams for campaign rollouts.

Notification & Communication Management:

• Manage campaign communication channels including push notifications, in-app messages, emails, and SMS.

• Contribute to creating personalized and engaging messaging for various customer journeys.

• Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements to increase engagement.

Marketing Automation & Tools:

• Work hands-on with platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Unica, or Adobe Campaign for campaign setup and execution.

• Conduct testing, segmentation, and audience targeting to ensure campaign accuracy and impact. • Maintain data hygiene and campaign workflows for smooth operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product, analytics, content, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

• Share learnings, insights, and best practices with internal stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing or related field preferred).

• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns.

• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Unica, or Adobe Campaign.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills to work across teams.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with accuracy and agility.
