US sales process

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to US-based customers and prospects.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid communication and persuasion skills.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain detailed call logs, CRM updates, and follow-up trackers.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align on sales strategies and lead conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines, data security, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in US sales or US outbound calling process.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral/US accent preference.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
  • Comfortable working in
