Cafe Manager Of Dach & Nona Dessert Cafe Job Title: Cafe Manager Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Midnight) About Dach & Nona: Dach & Nona, established in April 2024, is a dessert cafe born from a desire to offer delicious, natural treats. As young parents, we understand the challenge of finding store-bought ice creams and desserts free from artificial colors, flavors, emulsifiers, chemical stabilizers, and preservatives. That's why we craft all our ice creams and desserts with high-quality natural ingredients, ensuring they are free from any artificial additives. Job Summary: Dach & Nona is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee all aspects of our evening operations. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily functioning of the cafe, from customer service and team management to inventory and financial reconciliation. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for desserts, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management:Oversee all cafe operations from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service. Manage and optimize processes for dine-in, delivery, and take-away orders. Ensure the cafe is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all health and safety regulations. Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises. Billing and Financials:Manage all billing operations accurately and efficiently. Monitor and control inventory levels for ingredients and supplies. Reconcile daily sales and prepare reports. Assist in managing costs and maximizing profitability. Report any issues with settlement in 48 hours in writing to the Office, otherwise, it will be considered confirmed and settled. Customer Service Excellence:Ensure all customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively and professionally. Maintain a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for all patrons. Team Leadership and Development:Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff. Create and manage staff schedules. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Ensure team adherence to company policies and standards. Product Knowledge and Quality Control:Possess in-depth knowledge of all Dach & Nona products and ingredients. Ensure consistency and quality in all dessert preparations and presentations. Minimize waste and spoilage. Qualifications: Proven experience (3 years) in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or dessert-focused establishment. Strong understanding of cafe operations, including billing, inventory, and customer service. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
