Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Cafe Staff member to manage our front desk operations, handle delivery coordination, and ensure smooth billing and counter management. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, possess excellent English communication skills, and be proficient in using WhatsApp, software applications, and computers. Responsibilities: Front Desk Services: Greet customers, take orders, and provide information about menu items. Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, take phone orders, and address customer inquiries. Delivery Coordination: Coordinate delivery orders with delivery staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Timely Delivery Dispatch: Ensure all delivery orders are dispatched promptly and efficiently. Billing and Counter Management: Process customer payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and manage the cash register. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, delivery personnel, and customers. Technology Proficiency: Utilize WhatsApp for order communication and updates. Operate cafe software and computer systems for order processing, billing, and reporting. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front desk and counter area clean and organized. Teamwork: Collaborate with other cafe staff to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Technology Skills: Proficiency in using WhatsApp, cafe software, and basic computer applications. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Grooming: Well-groomed and maintains a professional appearance. Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle customer issues and resolve problems effectively. Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
