Cafe Assistant

About the Role

We’re hiring a Café Assistant who’s hands-on, fast on their feet, and loves the buzz of a quick-service café.
You’ll be the backbone of daily café operations — brewing, serving, and keeping things smooth behind the counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day café operations: order taking, food prep, dispatch, and table service.
• Operate coffee machine & handle beverages, snacks, and bakery items as per SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of the counter, equipment, and dining zone.
• Refill inventory and support the manager in stock counting.
• Manage POS billing and cash counter (training will be provided).
• Ensure a friendly, prompt, and consistent guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6 months – 1.5 years in a café, QSR, or restaurant (CCD / Barista / Hocco / La Pino’z / Subway / Burger brand preferred)
• Age: 20 – 26 years
• Basic communication in Hindi / Gujarati / simple English
• Polite, punctual, and reliable team player
• Must be comfortable with rotational shifts (morning/evening)
• Bonus: Familiarity with stock handling, POS, or coffee brewing

You’ll be part of a growing café ecosystem under FoodMojo Global (FMG) — a highway F&B operator developing cafés and food courts across Gujarat & North India. This outlet is among our first flagship café formats, combining speed, aesthetics, and solid processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
