Cafe Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a young, energetic Café Manager (male/female) who knows the pulse of QSR and café operations. The role blends hands-on floor management with supply-chain coordination and team motivation.

If you’ve ever worked with quick-service formats (coffee, bakery, pizza, burgers, or highway cafés) and love keeping systems tight while making customers smile — you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service:

• Supervise day-to-day café operations — order taking, counter flow, dispatch, hygiene, and customer experience.
• Ensure all food & beverages meet company SOPs in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Manage cash, POS closing, and basic daily reporting.

Inventory & Supply Chain:

• Track inward/outward material movement — from bakery items to frozen supply SKUs.
• Coordinate with central vendors and supply partners (ice cream, beverage, bakery, snacks, etc.) for timely replenishment.
• Maintain daily stock sheets and wastage logs; ensure FIFO & hygiene.

Team Management:

• Supervise staff.
• Conduct daily briefings; monitor grooming, attendance, and training.
• Build a positive team culture — efficient yet friendly.

Customer Interaction & Reporting:

• Handle customer feedback gracefully; ensure repeat satisfaction.
• Send daily sales, inventory, and petty cash reports to the Operations Head.

What We’re Looking For

• Age: 22–25 years preferred
• Experience: 1–2 years in QSR, café, or highway F&B brand (e.g., CCD, Hocco, Barista, Burgrill, La Pino’z, Wow Momo, etc.)
• Hands-on with POS systems, vendor supply coordination, and stock control
• Basic command over English & Hindi/Gujarati for customer interface
• Personality: dependable, energetic, with a “can-do” attitude
• Education: Graduate / Hotel Management / Diploma in F&B or relevant field

You’ll be part of a growing café ecosystem under FoodMojo Global (FMG) — a highway F&B operator developing cafés and food courts across Gujarat & North India. This outlet is among our first flagship café formats, combining speed, aesthetics, and solid processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
