You are an experienced and skilled Head Barista who will lead the coffee bar team, ensuring exceptional customer service, crafting high-quality beverages, and mentoring the baristas. You will be responsible for: - **Beverage Expertise:** - Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, such as espresso-based drinks, coffee, and tea. - Develop a deep understanding of coffee brewing methods, flavor profiles, and presentation styles. - **Team Leadership:** - Lead, train, and mentor the barista team, offering guidance on beverage preparation, customer service, and outlet operations. - Create a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork. - **Customer Service:** - Maintain excellent customer service standards, handling customer complaints and feedback professionally. - Develop strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty. - **Outlet Operations:** - Assist in managing outlet operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness. - Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, company policies, and procedures. - **Quality Control:** - Perform regular quality checks on beverages to maintain consistency and high standards. - Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - **Inventory Management:** - Manage inventory, including ordering, storage, and rotation of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, flavor profiles, and presentation styles. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and attention to detail. - Commitment to quality and customer service. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in coffee brewing or barista skills (e.g., SCA, Barista Guild). - Experience with inventory management and outlet operations. - Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills.
