Dessert Therapy Cafe

Overseeing day-to-day functions, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all equipment like espresso machines are in good working order. Creating weekly work schedules, Managing staff, and training staff on Dessert/drink preparation and customer service standards. Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally to ensure a positive guest experience and build brand loyalty. Ordering supplies (Dessert, coffee beans, milk, snacks) and coordinating with vendors to ensure stock levels meet demand while minimizing waste. Ensuring the cafe strictly adheres to food health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and licensing laws. Menu & Marketing: Updating menus based on seasonality and customer preferences, and executing promotional strategies to attract new patrons.
