Our menu features unique ice cream flavors like Kulfi Inspired (Eggless), Bean-to-Bar 70% Dark Chocolate (Eggless), and Rose Cardamom (Eggless), alongside classic desserts such as our Classic Tiramisu (Egg Preparation) and Boston Cream Pie (Egg Preparation). Role Summary: The Cafe Team Member is a vital part of the Dach & Nona experience, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving our artisanal products, and maintaining the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of our cafe. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a passion for our brand's mission. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: Warmly greet and assist all customers, providing a friendly and welcoming environment. Effectively communicate product information, including ingredients, preparation methods (e.g., "Egg Preparation" for Tiramisu/Boston Cream Pie, "Eggless" for Kulfi Inspired Ice Cream), and brand values. Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile. Product Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve various coffee and beverage items according to Dach & Nona's standards. Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials and seasonal offerings. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Cafe Operations & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting cafe environment, including dining areas, service counters, and restrooms Assist with opening and closing procedures of the cafe. Operate and clean cafe equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor product quality and report any issues to management. Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Communicate proactively with team members and management. Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in a cafe, hospitality, or customer service role preferred. A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
