Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Café Coffee Day family. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, preparing high-quality beverages/food, and ensuring smooth café operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders with accuracy.
• Prepare and serve beverages & food items as per CCD standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café at all times.
• Handle billing and cash register transactions.
• Assist in stock management and daily café upkeep.
• Support the Café Manager and team in smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate (any stream)
• Age: 18–28 years preferred
• Good communication skills (basic English/Hindi/Regional language).
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning/evening).
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
