Position: Café Manager Type: Full-Time Location: Crazy Plant Lady Café Shop No. 8, Orbit, Rajpath Rangoli Rd, PRL Colony, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059 Crazy Plant Lady Café isn’t your regular coffee shop — we’re a vibrant, plant-filled space where nourishing food, good energy, and a love for greenery come together. As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Café Manager to lead our operations and help us elevate the guest experience every single day. What You’ll Do: As our Café Manager, you’ll be the heart of daily operations — keeping the café running smoothly, the team motivated, and our guests happy. You’ll work closely with the founders to maintain high service standards while staying true to our values of sustainability, community, and warmth. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing daily café operations to ensure seamless service and top-notch quality Leading, training, and supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house teams Managing stock, inventory, and vendor relationships (covering food, beverages, and plants) Ensuring hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards are always met Handling POS systems, cashiering, and daily sales tracking Refining and implementing SOPs for service, food prep, and closing Addressing guest feedback with empathy and action Coordinating with our in-house plant boutique and event teams Scheduling and managing team rosters effectively Contributing to community events and our in-café plant care programs What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with POS systems, kitchen operations, and inventory tools A love for great food, plants, and a people-first environment A go-getter attitude — someone who thrives in a small, collaborative team and takes initiative Why You’ll Love Working With Us: A beautifully designed café filled with greenery and natural light Creative freedom to shape team culture and operational systems A close-knit, purpose-driven team blending F&B, plants, and community events Exclusive employee discounts and access to a plant-loving community Ready to Apply?
