Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in New Delhi- NCR. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain food and beverage quality standards. Responsibilities include inventory control, implementing standard operating procedures, training and leading team members, and driving sales growth. The role also requires maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while addressing customer feedback effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and effective team interactions
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to manage the quality and consistency of cafe offerings
• Sales skills to drive revenue, achieve targets, and create marketing strategies
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to handle inventory, scheduling, and operational management efficiently
• Previous experience in hospitality, food services, or retail management is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred
