Problem-solver-in-chief for the founders
Owning decks, numbers, and investor stories
Driving high-impact projects across ops, growth & fundraising
The first to know when there’s a fire (and helping put it out)

Who you are:

Smart, scrappy, allergic to “not my job”
Equally good with numbers & words
Thrive in chaos, ambiguity & startup speed
Bonus if you’ve done consulting / VC / IB / startup ops
1-3 years of experience in brand marketing/sales/growth and strategy
