We're hiring: Junior HR Executive (Talent & Hiring) 📍Ghitorni | Full-time | On-site 💼 1–2 years experience Beanly is growing fast — and we're looking for a Junior HR Executive to help us find the right people to build with. If you're someone who loves people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows hiring is about more than just resumes — we want to hear from you. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end hiring for key roles across functions — from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs and write JD/role briefs. Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and job boards. Schedule and manage interviews, and be the friendly face (and follow-up) behind every candidate experience. Help build and improve hiring processes — we're building a hiring machine, not just filling roles. Support day-to-day HR ops as needed. What you’ll need: 1–2 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment. Excellent communication and people skills — you're organized, proactive, and know how to follow through. Familiarity with hiring tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). A sharp eye for good talent and an instinct for culture-fit.
