We're hiring: Senior Graphic Designer 📍Ghitorni | Full-time | On-site Beanly is on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual storytelling of one of India’s most exciting coffee brands. If you think in typefaces , dream in bold campaigns , and live for brand-first design — this is for you. What you’ll do: Own and elevate Beanly’s brand identity across digital, print, packaging, merch, and in-store. Lead end-to-end design for launches, campaigns, collaborations, and everyday communications. Translate briefs into thumb-stopping creatives and scroll-breaking stories. Guide junior designers and freelancers; maintain brand consistency across all assets. Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring Beanly’s creative vision to life. What you’ll need: 3–5 years of design experience in a fast-paced brand, agency, or startup. A portfolio that shows strong brand thinking, versatility, and good taste. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Bonus if you’re good at motion. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. A sharp eye, strong opinions, and a love for feedback (giving and receiving). Obsession with coffee? Optional. Love for building things from scratch?
