Lead end-to-end design for launches, campaigns, collaborations, and everyday communications. Translate briefs into thumb-stopping creatives and scroll-breaking stories. Guide junior designers and freelancers; maintain brand consistency across all assets. Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring Beanly’s creative vision to life. What you’ll need: 3–5 years of design experience in a fast-paced brand, agency, or startup. A portfolio that shows strong brand thinking, versatility, and good taste. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. Bonus if you’re good at motion. Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. What you’ll do: Manage end-to-end hiring for key roles across functions — from sourcing to onboarding. Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring needs and write JD/role briefs. Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and job boards. Schedule and manage interviews, and be the friendly face (and follow-up) behind every candidate experience. Help build and improve hiring processes — we're building a hiring machine, not just filling roles. Support day-to-day HR ops as needed. What you’ll need: 1–2 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment. Excellent communication and people skills — you're organized, proactive, and know how to follow through.
