Role Description

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, training, and compliance. This role is crucial in supporting our stores and central teams to ensure smooth people operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality/F&B/QSR industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.
