What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founders on

  strategic, operational, and product initiatives

• Drive and manage

  across product, marketing, HR, operations, and business.
• Identify gaps in processes, communication, and workflows, and propose

• Own special initiatives that contribute to company growth and cross-functional alignment.
• Follow up on tasks across teams to ensure accountability and progress.
• Help convert ambiguous problems into structured plans with logical, outcome-driven thinking.
