As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Café Manager to lead our operations and help us elevate the guest experience every single day. What You’ll Do: As our Café Manager, you’ll be the heart of daily operations — keeping the café running smoothly, the team motivated, and our guests happy. You’ll work closely with the founders to maintain high service standards while staying true to our values of sustainability, community, and warmth.
