Job Description – CA (Inter)

Industry: Granite Mining
Experience: Minimum 6-7 Years

Position Overview

We are looking for a CA–Inter qualified professional with strong experience in accounts, finance, taxation, and compliance in the granite/mining or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, cost control, and financial reporting for mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain complete books of accounts for granite mining and processing units.
• Finalization of accounts, monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.
• Costing of mining operations, production, transportation, and inventory.
• Budgeting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting to management.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• Handling GST compliances: returns, reconciliation, audits, and assessments.
• TDS/TCS compliance and timely filing of returns.
• Coordination for Income Tax assessments and audits.
• Knowledge of royalty, DMF, EMF, seigniorage, and mining-related levies.

Audit & Control

• Coordination with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
• Ensuring internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Support in internal and external audits.

ERP & Documentation

• Working knowledge of ERP/Tally/other accounting software.
• Maintain proper documentation for mining invoices, transport challans, permits, and statutory records.

Banking & Cash Flow

• Banking operations, fund management, LC/BG, and cash flow monitoring.
• Vendor payments, receivables follow-up, and credit control.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws.
• Experience in mining/granite/marble/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multi-location operations.

Qualification & Experience

• CA–Inter (Group cleared) mandatory.
• 7–9 years of relevant industry experience.
• Exposure to granite mines or similar heavy industry will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
