Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior C# Developer with proven expertise in application development and integration, particularly with ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) and ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) APIs and frameworks. You will lead the design, development, and integration of modules within our PRx.care platform and other healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•  Design, develop, and maintain robust C# .NET applications and APIs for healthcare products.
•  Integrate with ABHA and ABDM APIs, ensuring compliance with national digital health standards.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to deliver scalable solutions.
•  Optimise application performance, implement best coding practices, and ensure high code quality with unit tests and code reviews.
•  Document technical specifications, workflows, and integration approaches for team reference and compliance audits.
•  Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
•  Stay updated on ABDM standards, health tech regulations, and C#/.NET ecosystem
• advancements to drive continuous improvement.
•  Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to ensure application
• stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•  5+ years of experience in C# and .NET application development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
•  Strong expertise in .NET Core, Web APIs, LINQ, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
•  Hands-on experience with ABHA integration, ABDM APIs, or any national digital health frameworks is mandatory.
•  Good understanding of FHIR standards, health data privacy, and security protocols.
•  Experience in integrating third-party services and managing API security (OAuth, JWT).
•  Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimisation skills.
•  Strong communication and documentation skills to coordinate with stakeholders and
• health authority bodies.
•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven environment.
• Preferred Skills
•  Experience in Azure or AWS deployment and DevOps practices.
•  Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7.
•  Knowledge of React or Angular for full-stack coordination (optional but a plus).
