Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Butchery Chef to join our team at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality meat dishes, including butchery and charcuterie.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement effective cooking techniques to enhance flavor and presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of meat preparation and cooking techniques, including butchery and charcuterie.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
