Manage the dosing of chemicals (coagulants, flocculants, neutralizers, etc.) as per requirement. Supervise sludge handling, drying, and safe disposal methods. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair and preventive maintenance of ETP equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling chemicals and machinery. Qualifications & Experience:Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operating an Effluent Treatment Plant (freshers with relevant training may also be considered). Knowledge of environmental laws, waste management, and pollution control norms. Familiarity with lab testing methods for water and wastewater.
