Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security guards across all assigned locations. Ensure proper deployment and shift scheduling of security personnel. Monitor entry/exit points, visitor management, and CCTV surveillance. Conduct regular patrolling rounds to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized activities. Train guards on security procedures, emergency response, and reporting protocols. Handle incidents, accidents, and security breaches, and prepare detailed reports. Coordinate with operations, HR, and facility teams for smooth security functioning. Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and attendance of the security team. Check and manage security equipment (CCTV, radios, access control systems). Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory guidelines. Respond to emergencies promptly and take corrective action. Liaise with local authorities or emergency services when required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management review. Address employee or visitor security concerns effectively.
