Job Description

Maintain and update spare parts inventory with accuracy. Receive incoming spare parts, verify quantity and quality against purchase orders. Store spare parts in an organized manner with proper labeling and binning. Issue spare parts against requisition slips and record consumption details. Monitor stock levels regularly and raise purchase requisitions for replenishment. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and housekeeping practices in the store. Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation with accounts. Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely availability of parts. Maintain records of warranty, service, and vendor details of critical spare parts. Prevent pilferage, damage, or misuse of spare parts through strict controls. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management. Support in implementing FIFO/LIFO methods and proper material handling.
