Position: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales & Business Growth
Location: Jhotwara, Jaipur
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

The Business Development Executive plays a strategic role in driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting IT products and services. The role focuses on market research, lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and closing deals to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create impactful proposals and sales strategies.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify potential growth areas.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and technology services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales within the software development, SaaS, cloud services, or digital solutions domain.
  • Understanding of the full IT project lifecycle and technical terminology.
