About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–6 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and working knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or other foreign languages. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or other European languages.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and global business trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with international clients across Europe or North America.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, SaaS, and emerging IT technologies.
  • Multilingual proficiency beyond the listed languages.
