Job Description

Kolads Digital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, generating leads, and identifying new growth opportunities within the entertainment industry.

Key Objectives

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through research and networking.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and communicate their value effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively respond to client inquiries and resolve issues impacting sales.
  • Drive growth within assigned markets and client portfolios.
  • Represent Kolads Digital at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management.
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Implement proven best practices to maximize business development success.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to company culture and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events (valid passport required).
