Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, and channel partners.
• Understand client needs and provide property solutions that align with their requirements.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activity, and new project launches.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations is a plus.
