We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! Location: Mohali Shift: Night Shift Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries with professionalism. 2. Convert leads into qualified opportunities for both IT and legal projects. Maintain CRM records, call logs, and follow-ups consistently. 3. Collaborate with the legal and IT teams to align client needs with service offerings. Requirements: 1. 1–2 years’ experience in international inbound/outbound call centers (U.S. market preferred). 2. Excellent English communication (spoken & written). 3. Strong persuasion, objection handling, and client rapport-building skills. 4. Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven.
