We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries with professionalism.2. Convert leads into qualified opportunities for both IT and legal projects. Maintain CRM records, call logs, and follow-ups consistently.3. Collaborate with the legal and IT teams to align client needs with service offerings.
Requirements:
1. 1–2 years’ experience in international inbound/outbound call centers (U.S. market preferred).2. Excellent English communication (spoken & written).3. Strong persuasion, objection handling, and client rapport-building skills.4. Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven.
