Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, driving sales growth, and nurturing long-term relationships in the fashion and design sector. The BDE will serve as a key point of contact between the studio and its clients, promoting collections, customization services, and design expertise while supporting the overall business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including retailers, boutiques, fashion buyers, stylists, and event organizers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, exhibitions, trade shows, referrals, and other channels.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to convert opportunities into business.

2. Sales & Business Growth

  • Promote the studio’s collections, customization services, and design expertise to potential clients.
  • Prepare, present, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor fashion industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide insights to the management team to refine product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Identify potential collaboration and partnership opportunities with influencers, stylists, and event organizers.

5. Promotions & Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities such as exhibitions, pop-ups, previews, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, social media promotions, and PR initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or design sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
