Consultant Business Consulting Analyst – EMEA – RDM Transformation
Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“USI Tax”) commenced operations in June 2004. Work you’ll do:
This position requires configuring and supporting global mobility applications as per client needs. As part of system configuration, you will need to document and seek client’s sign off on business requirements, configure and test the system as per the requirements. In the support role you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to global mobility tools by liaising with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.This position requires significant customer contact and you must possess excellent communication, consulting, and probing skills to effectively manage client expectations.Applicants should be able to function in a close team environment and communicate within the team.
Responsibilities include:
Guided assistance to Deloitte Member Firms to support
- Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating them into functional specifications and detailed test plans
- Liaison between various project stake holders to configure the systems as per business requirements using AGILE methodologies
- Consistently meet client expectations and project deadlines
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Evaluate problems of clients and provide logical lasting solutions
- Demonstrate capability of handling high work pressure during peak seasons
- Work with business owners to identify information needs and develop various reports
- Perform unit and system level testing on applications once configured
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of problem solving and solid analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail, ability to execute and deliver project deliverables on budget and on time, and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, SQL, and Excel (v lookups, pivots, macros, etc.)
- Working knowledge of relational databases is a plus
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred and any other related programs useful for executing the above responsibilities
- Desired familiarity with data wrangling, data analytics and rendering results on dashboards
- Ability to integrate rapidly with the existing team
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral - confident in dealing with all levels of clients, both internally and externally
- Good personal, organizational skills
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong commitment to customer service
Skills and Abilities:
- Able to break down complex issues and problems into manageable components
- Understand, document and train process flow in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge MS Access, Excel, and Word
