You will be part of the ERP team owning the Infor CloudSuite landscape for business operations. The role focuses on configuration, testing, deployment, and steady-state operations & maintenance (O&M). You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while ensuring data integrity across integrations and reports. You will also contribute to Monthly Cumulative Upgrades (CUs), support ancillary ERP applications, and maintain documentation (SOPs, technical specs, configuration steps, user guides) to drive repeatable, compliant processes.
Configure & Deploy Infor CloudSuite modules per business requirements; support end-to-end testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and cutover activities.
O&M Support: Handle Access Requests, Incidents, Service Requests, minor enhancements, and small projects with adherence to SLAs.
Data Management: Assist in data migration, integration setup/monitoring, and reporting activities (validation, reconciliation, performance).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts and functional teams to elicit requirements and convert them into clear functional/technical solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs, and user guides; ensure version control and audit readiness.
Upgrades: Contribute to Monthly CUs (Cumulative Upgrades)—impact assessment, regression testing, deployment coordination, and post-upgrade support.
Ancillary Apps: Support and optimize ERP-adjacent applications (e.g., integrations, portals, add-ons).
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues (e.g., ION flows), report failures, and data discrepancies; perform root-cause analysis and preventive fixes.
Quality & Compliance: Follow change management practices, ensure proper documentation, and adhere to security and access governance.
Must have
Infor CloudSuite ERP hands-on experience (configuration, testing, deployment, and support).
SQL querying for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Integration & Reporting Support: Understanding of data flows, error handling, and performance tuning.
Requirements-to-Solution Mapping: Ability to translate business needs into functional specs and technical configurations.
O&M Execution: Experience handling access requests, incidents, service requests, enhancements, and small projects.
Strong documentation skills (tech specs, SOPs, user guides).
Excellent collaboration and communication with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Warehouse, Procurement).
Nice to have
Infor ION expertise for integration flows, error handling, and monitoring.
Familiarity with Infor FSM (Financials & Supply Management) or other Infor modules.
Experience with Monthly Cumulative Upgrades (CUs) including impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment coordination.
Exposure to ancillary ERP applications (middleware, portals, ETL tools).
Knowledge of data migration methodologies (mapping, cleansing, reconciliation).
Understanding of Infor reporting tools and ability to troubleshoot report failures.
Basic scripting or automation skills for ERP-related tasks.
Awareness of cloud-based ERP best practices and performance optimization.
Experience working in multi-time-zone environments and supporting global teams.
